Delay in collection of GIS layers
Failure to provide data by some of the stakeholders The project involves the collection of data from a considerable number of stakeholders and some have not been very helpful.
Local interference in surveys
Lack of 2014 unpublished census data at parish level from UBOS
Interference of police in the surveys
Retention of some of the project funds due to the withholding tax payment according the Uganda Income tax law. This issue has not been retained to date.

Multi-modal Transport Master Plan update The consultant submitted the transport alternative, traffic survey and land use reports, which are being reviewed by KCCA. . The variation of contract to take care of the Pedestrian model was prepared and submitted to the Bank for clearance.
Progress on the Multi-modal Transport Master Plan 1) The consultant submitted Certificate No.3 which has been reviewed and forwarded for payment. 2) A reminder for a No Objection has been sent to the Bank about the addendum to the Contract for the Pedestrian model.
